Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your PIGOPI Task-Pro subscription at any time. To cancel, go to "Billing Settings" in your dashboard or contact our support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, if you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. Prorated refunds may be issued after deducting the standard monthly rate for the period used.

3. Enterprise & Custom Solutions

Custom software implementations or enterprise-level setups where resources have already been deployed are generally non-refundable. Please refer to your specific service level agreement (SLA) for detailed terms.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@pigo-pi.com with your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
